Why Exhibit?

The 1 inch to 100 yard conference is a very special event, admission is limited to a select section of society that comes from law enforcement, military, federal and civilian security organizations.

Your participation in our conference is a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY for your company or organization to gain vital exposure in the law enforcement, military, and security communities.  

How to Exhibit

The conference is 4 full days long, with 2 days of dedicated vendor / exhibitor display area. However, all vendors and sponsors are encouraged to stay the full four days, take part in any of the functions that are scheduled, be part of the classes and be their for the banquet and the raffle. 

Booth space is in a resort conference area and is provided as table space, in lieu of pipe and drape booths. Available space in and around each booth or table area is roughly 10'X10'.

The following conference services are included with each booth: 

* 1 draped table 

* 2 Chairs

* Web listing on the conference website and advertisements

* Two Full Conference Admissions (all access) per each space purchased

It is important to note that unless a vendor has paid for additional badges or has paid for an enhanced sponsor package, they are only granted two (2)  passes to the event, additional badges are available at the time of registration, as are banquet tickets. Please plan ahead and avoid any problems, If you plan on having more then two employees in your booth you will need to register those additional bodies.

Vendor / Exhibitors / Sponsors are considered equal members of this conference right along side the attendees. You are encouraged to take part in as much of this event as you are wanting to be part of (take part in classes and range activities, the hospitality event , the conference banquet and networking with the attendees).

Raffle Prize

Each exhibitor / sponsor is asked to provide at least one (1) raffle prize for the raffle held during the conference banquet.

Guaranteed Electrical Access.............................$50.00

Time Frame

Exhibitor /sponsor space will be sold until it is all gone and no later then April 15, 2009.
